An intimate work that explores the fragile, messy, and beautiful beginnings of romance. Set in the quiet aftermath of a housewarming party, the story revolves around Laura and Daniel, two souls navigating the uncertain terrain of a potential relationship. As the early morning hours tick by, Laura's bold pursuit of Daniel clashes with his insecurities, creating a compelling dynamic that keeps audiences guessing.

Performance history in South Africa

2025: Performed in Afrikaans at The Market Theatre in Johannesburg January 30th to February 16th, produced by Cintaine Schutte, directed by Tinarie van Wyk-Loots with Cintaine Schutte (Laura) and Carel Nel (Daniel). Stage management and lighting design by Lize-Marie Wait. Presented by The Market Theatre Foundation in association with the Stellenbosch Woordfees and supported by NATi.

2025: Performed 28 and 30 September, 3 and 4 October at the Woordfees, produced by Cintaine Schutte, directed by Tinarie van Wyk-Loots with Cintaine Schutte (Laura) and Carel Nel (Daniel). Stage management and lighting design by Lize-Marie Wait. The Woordfees production supported by NATi.
