[“Who is Leopold?”] by Temple Hauptfleisch. A one-act play set in the 18th century, about a man condemned to die, but is given a reprieve for a day, to act as stand-in for the king, whom he resembles, during a potential assassination attempt. Winner of the ATKV Afrikaans one-act play competition in 1971. Published in Die Kleiner Kosmos (Breytenbach and Hauptfleisch, 1974) and professionally performed by Dinkteater in 197*.
