Travelling Shots by Paul Slabolepszy is made up of seven finely-tuned sketches. The play starts with a revue-type sketch of would-be Aussies and ends with a crisp little lament about the necessity to be anything but South African when one is abroad.



Performance history in South Africa

First performed on 15 June 1988, at the Dalro Theatre, Windybrow, as part of PACT's Pot Pourri Festival.

Presented by the Baxter Theatre and Snap Productions in April 1989 in the Baxter Concert Hall, directed by Paul Slabolepszy, featuring Eric Nobbs, Kate Edwards, Judy Broderick, Wayne Robins, Jonathan Pienaar and Samson Khumalo. Lighting by Sydney Jansen.
