Rooikêppetjie ("little red cap") is an Afrikaans pantomime created by Malan Steyn, Saartjie Botha and members of the cast.

Based on Little Red Riding Hood.

Translations and adaptations

Performance history in South Africa

2001: Performed at Spier Amphitheatre in December 2001 with a large cast of professionals, directed by Marthinus Basson.

2002: Performed at the Klein Karoo Nasionale Kunstefees ("Little Karoo National Arts Festival") in April by the same cast.
