He starred in Brickhill-Burke’s production of Jerome Lawrence’s Mame, an adaptation of Auntie Mame, at the Civic Theatre in November 1982. It also starred Joan Brickhill, Janice Honeyman and Jean Dell. He starred in NAPAC and CT Productions’s Snoopy!!! together with Tim Plewman and Cathy Cota, directed by Geoffrey Sutherlandat the Johannesburg Civic Theatre & the State Theatre, Pretoria , 1985. Adam Adam in Rough Crossing and Clive Winton in See How They Run, 1988. He starred in Tom Lehrer’s Tom Foolery at the André Huguenet Theatre in 1989.
