Gauteng Opera is a South African opera company.

History

Established in 1999 as the Black Tie Ensemble, it was renamed Gauteng Opera in 2013.

Productions

2015: Words from a Broken String, Tronkvoël, and Hani were presented at the Soweto Theatre (August).
