Biography

Born in Cape Town


Training

He completed a Performers Diploma in Speech and Drama (University of Cape Town Drama Department 1980-1983) and a Directors Course at the British Theatre Association (London 1987).


Career

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

Roles in ***, Ain’t Misbehavin’ (Pieter Toerien and NAPAC, 1990), Sue Pam-Grant and D.J. Grant’s Take the Floor (the Laager and on national and international tours, 1994, 2002), *, A Writer’s Last Word – A One Man Show (National Arts Festival 2002), District Six, The Musical (Baxter, 2002), Kanna hy Kô Hystoe (Baxter, 2003), Jack and the Beanstalk (Johannesburg Civic, 2003, **, Motown Magic (Gold Reef City, 2009).
