Biography
She was married to James Norval and they had a daughter, Paddy Norval. She died on 10 February 1999.
Training
Career
Her career started in 1935 when she played the role of Paddy in an Afrikaans version of The Next Best Thing. She then joined the James Norval Geselskap. Worked for NTO in 1951 and 1952, from 1953 freelanced with her husband.
Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance
Performed with CAPAB in Oom Wanja, Ampie, as Christine Vermaak in Die Ryk Weduwee (1974 and 1976) and Ousus and with PACT in Hedda Gabler.
On television she appeared in Die Ryk Weduwee and Die Koster. Film roles in Spore in die Modder, Oom Paul
