The 969 Festival [1], which takes its name from the distance between Grahamstown and Johannesburg, brings the best of the National Arts Festival to Johannesburg since 2003. No need to travel the 969 kilometre journey to the Grahamstown Festival, as you can catch all the top talent from the festival at the Wits Main Theatre in Braamfontein.
