("The Litigants)by Jean Racine, a comedy in three acts written in 1668, first performed late in 1668 at the Hôtel de Bourgogne in Paris and published in 1669. It is the only comedy Racine wrote.

Performance history in South Africa

Produced in French by C.E. Boniface with the French Theatrical Company on 22 February 1809 in the African Theatre, with Le Derviche (De Saint-Foix) as by Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense.
