The Midnight Wedding is a play by Walter Howard

Not to be confused with the 1912 Australian silent film by the same name[1]

The original text

The play had was first performed in Australia in 1906[8] and was enormously popular.

Performance history in South Africa

1911: Performed in February by the Alfred Paumier and his company in the Cape Town Opera House, with Paumier as "Paul Valmar". (Bosman lists the author as "W. Howards")
