Elizabeth Conradie (1903-1939)[1] was a cultural historian, author, lecturer and literary adviser to theatre companies.

Often referred to by her full title as Dr Elizabeth Conradie or Dr Elizabeth Möller Conradie, as she was one of the earliest Afrikaans speaking women to obtain a doctorate.

In 1933 she completed a doctorate in cultural history at the University of Amsterdam on Dutch writers from South Africa. Entitled Hollandse skrywers uit Suid-Afrika. Deel 2 (1875-1905) 'n Kultuur-historische studie, the work was published in two volumes (the first in 1934, the second posthumously in 1949).
