Bron [[Jurgen Human]], but known generally as [[Jurg Human]], he matriculated from Hopefield High School, then completed a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics Engineering, 1977 - 1983). While at university he was a member of the Carnival commitee and played music.

He began as a senior systems engineer at the [[SABC]], later became freelance, branching out to building systems for huge international events, such as broadcasts of the  Olympic Games and world cup  soccer, rugby and cricket.

However as he has always had a passion for theatre and music, he long dreamed of opening a decent venue which could offer a a great dining and theatre experience.

In April of 2005 he and his wife finally opened such a venue in Durbanville , Cape Town, naming it [[Die Boer]]. Initially a hobby it gradually became more, virtually a full time occupation.

Jurg Human is a sound and broadcasting engineer, musician and owner of a theatre venue.

Also known as Jurgen Human.

Biography

Bron Jurgen Human, but known generally as Jurg Human, he matriculated from Hopefield High School, then completed a Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical and Electronics Engineering, 1977 - 1983). While at university he was a member of the Carnival commitee and played music.

Married to actress Margit Meyer-Rödenbeck

Contribution to South African theatre, film, media and performance
