The Chosen Few is a theatre group founded in Belhar by Peter Kaleb in 1979, very active in the mid 1980s. The group of amateur performers did irregular productions of Afrikaans (Kaaps or Cape Afrikaans) plays written by Kaleb himself. These include Luister djy Tant Maggie?, Weekend op Sesstraat, 'n Traan vir Onse Moses and Duskant die skietbaanlyn.
