The Mock Statue, or The Old Man Deceived is a pantomimic work by an unknown author.

Nothing is known of the original text, but it was apparently part of the repertoire of The Italian Circus.

1847: Performed as a "laughing pantomime[1]" in Buitekant Street, Cape Town by The Italian Circus of Signor Severo and Signor Dalle Case.
