A variety show produced by Ike Brookes in 1946, utilizing performers he had identified from the South African Native Military Corps. The cast absorbed members of several existing African vaudeville groups, including the United Bantu Artists, the Jabulani Concert Party and the Pitch Black Follies. Referred to as Nu-Zonk by H.I.E. Dhlomo in his review. (See Kruger 47; Coplan 150-1)*****
