Zonder Geld op Reis, of Een Avontuurtje van Twee Schoolmeesters ("travelling without money, a little adventure had by two school masters") is a Dutch one act comedy by A. A. van der Stempel, Jr. (fl 1860s).

Also found simply as Zonder Geld op Reis.

The original text

Written for the Rederijkers circa 1870, it was published in Amsterdam by G. Theod. Bom.

Translations and adaptations

Performance history in South Africa

1871: Performed in Dutch as Zonder Geld op Reis by Aurora II on 19 October in the Germania Hall, Cape Town, in Dutch as Zonder Geld op Reis with De Wees uit het Gebergte (Nieuwmayer).

1874: Performed by Aurora II in the Oddfellows Hall, Cape Town, on 11 June, with Twee Misdadigers, of Loon naar Werken (Brink).
