William Faure (1949-1994) was a highly rated film and television producer.

Also known as William C. Faure or Bill Faure


Biography

Born in Pretoria, on 17 July 1949, he trained at the London Film School.

Sadly he passed away on 18 October 1994, aged 45.


Among his notable successes were a televised version of Oscar Wilde’s play Salomé and the epic TV series Shaka Zulu (1986).
