Performed in the [[African Theatre]], Cape Town on 4 November 1815 by the [[Garrison Players]], as benefit for a regimental orphan. With a Prologue written by Captain [[Thomas Sheridan]].
 
 
 
Performed  in 1818 by the [[Gentlemen Amateurs]] with the help of [[Mr Cooke]] and his company of ladies, in the [[African Theatre]], Cape Town on 11 July  (with ''[[Valentine and Orson]]'' by Dibdin) and a new Dance solo by Mr [[E. Garoute]]
 
 
 
Performed  by the [[Garrison Players|Amateur Company]] as a benefit for [[Mrs Green]], in the [[African Theatre]], Cape Town on 25 November 1823  (with ''[[Two Strings to your Bow]]'' by Jephson).
 
 
 
Performed under a  full title that Bosman (1928. p 225) lists as of ''Wild Oats, or The Strolling Gentleman'',  by [[All the World's a Stage]] as a farewell for Mr [[H. Booth]] 9 March 1833  (with ''[[The Moons's on the Lake]]'' and ''[[The Spectre Bridegroom]]'' by Montcrieffe).
