Waldemar Schultz (19*-) is an ctor and director for stager, film and TV.

Also well known as Waldi Schultz.

Biography

Born and raised in Milnerton, Cape Town, he grew up bilingually English and Afriikaans. He studied drama at the University of Stellenbosch, eventually completing a M.Dram degree in directing.


Worked as an occasional actor and director for Spektrum Productions in Stellenbosch, Has also directed plays for festivals.


As "Jan Hendrik" in the popular soap opera Sewende Laan ("Seventh Avenue") Schultz became a prominent television actor, notably


Winner of the Fleur du Cap Theatre Award for Most Promising Student in 1992.
