W.F. Stamrood (fl. 1860-1890) was a Dutch speaking citizen of Cape Town, and an amateur actor.

Biography

Contribution to SA theatre, film, media and/or performance

A member of Die Genootskap van Regte Afrikaners (1875) and the associated Paarl-based rederijkerskamer called Aurora I. He was later a founding member of the Cape Town based Aurora II (1866-1887).
