Voëlvry by D.J. Opperman. An epic play about the Trichardt-family's experiences during the Great Trek of 1838. At this stage (1967) the most expensive play produced by CAPAB. It opened at the H B Thom Theatre on 26 April 1967 with Jannie Gildenhuys and Ernst Eloff in the cast and directed by Fred Engelen. Published by Human & Rousseau in 1968.
