Unsung Heroines is a musical play by Doris Sihula.

The original text

The play tells the true story of Nontombi Hoshela, the author's mother. She is one of the nameless women who marched to the Union Buildings to defy the pass laws in 1956.

Presented at the State Theatre, Pretoria, in 2005.
