Uit die Bloute ("Out of the Blue"), based on the works of South African author, poet and journalist Eugène Marais (1871-1936). Directed by Ilse van Hemert (for which she was awarded the De Kat/Herrie Prize at the KKNK 1996), starring Gys de Villiers and Anna-Mart van der Merwe. Abraham and Lizanne Helberg of the group "Marimba" performed on stage with the actors. The play toured country-wide and was very popular with audiences.
