Tsidii Leloka (also written Tsidii Le Loka, born 1968). Lesotho-born singer, songwrtiter.

Career

She starred in Taubie Kushlick’s production of A Tribute to the Words and Music of Brel at Kushlicks Theatre Restaurant in September 1989.

In the late 1980s she became the first black South African to have a television special. She appeared alongside Kate Normington in a show entitled Two Women in Song.

When the Broadway production of The Lion King premiered at the New Amsterdam Theatre in 1997, Tsidiii, former M-Net presenter sang the opening song, Circle of Life, to a full house.
