Born Tsholofelo Monedi on July 4th, 1983 in Mabopane township in Tshwane, Gauteng, and after school completed a National Diploma in Musical Theatre at the Tshwane University of Technology in 2004.

She married radio presenter Chris Matshaba on the 27th December, 2014, in Ramokokastad.
