Toneelleesklub

("playreading club"). Also called the Toneelleesgroep

This was the Afrikaans name for the Dramatic Entertainments section of the Bloemfontein a branch Fore-runner of the later Shakespeare Circle and an off-shoot of the Winter Evenings Entertainments first held in April 1875. Defunct by 1890.
