Toad of Toad Hall is an adaptation for the stage by English author A.A. Milne (1882-1956) [1] of The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame.

1950: Presented by Children's Theatre at the Library Theatre, Johannesburg, 1950, starring John Ingram, Joe Goodman, Redvers Kyle and Tom Reich.

1969: Presented by GADS, produced by Jane Osborne, with music composed by Albert Honey, in July 1969, including Bill Chalmers as Badger; Beth Turner as Ratty; Anne Williams as Mole; Dugald Thomson as Toad; Jane English as Phoebe, the Gaoler's daughter; Margaret Wood as The Washerwoman; Ken Gough as Alfred the Horse; Geoff Vetch as Mr Pig the Policeman; Bruce Couperthwaite as Mr Owl the Judge and Ann Marsh as Miss Parrot, the Usher
