First performed at the Haymarket Theatre, London in 1843 and the Park Theatre, New York, in 1855.
Published in London by Thomas Hailes Lacy (as Volume 22 of Lacy's acting edition), in New York by Samuel French (1850) and in Boston by William V. Spencer (Spencer's Boston Theatre no CLIX).
