The World of Sholom Aleichem is an adaptation of three stories by Yiddish author and playwright Sholom Aleichem [1] (1859-1916).

1957: Produced by Cecil Williams , with Sarah Sylvia, British actor David Kossoff and Joyce Grant.

1976: Staged as an outside production at The Space (Cape Town) in 1976.

An adaptation from the Aleichem stories by Pieter Scholtz. Directed and performed by Pieter Scholtz. First performed in the ** theatre, Durban. Also toured.
