Adapted and translated into Afrikaans by Mariechen Naudé, titled Die Houtjie van die Galg (sometimes Houtjie van die Galg). Full-length. Cast: mixed.

Performance history in South Africa

1970: The Afrikaans translation, Houtjie van die Galg, was staged by PACOFS, directed by Gerrit Geertsema, with Lorraine Fourie (Deenie),
