The Wages of Sin, or Perfidious Piecework by Andrew Sachs. This classic melodrama has a Chairman, a good guy, a villain, a pretty girl and everything you expect from a melodrama, including High Drama, a fight, lasciviousness, lust, temptation and horrible deaths.... after being stabbed with a pistol. Staged as a lunch-hour presentation at The Space (Cape Town) in 1978, directed by Nigel Stevenson with Gillian Burl, Scott Hawker, Corinne Willoughby and Guy Willoughby. The stage manager was Pam Mills.
