Performance history in South Africa

Performed by Jazzart Dance Theatre, conceived, adapted and directed by Mark Fleishman, with choreography by Alfred Hinkel, design by Michael Mitchell, music direction by Heather Mac, lighting by Paul Abrahams and performed by Dawn Langdown and the Jazzart dancers. Cape Town, November 1995
