The Stadium
A 2001 play by Smal Ndaba and Phyllis Klotz. "The stadium" is township slang for a place where a man takes a woman, who is not his girlfriend or partner, to have casual sex. A play about the risk of unprotected sex. All the action takes place in a shebeen.

First staged by the Sibikwa Players in the Wits Theatre Complex in July 2001, directed by Smal Ndaba and Phyllis Klotz, with Ntombi Maphosa, Thabang Masupha, Phillip Ndaba, Zakhele Msimango, Linda Mahlangu, Simon Sidumo and Sibulele Gcilitshana - music composed by Junior Sokhela.
