The Reddening of the Greens is a play by Itumeleng Wa-Lehure. It is the first indigenous African play on conservation dealing with the issue of toxic waste and industrial pollution.

Presented by Action Workshop at the Baxter Theatre from 5 to 9 October 1992, directed by the author and starring Elphy Ibeko, Thuso Cheka, Keith Wa-Lehulere, Linda Tshabe, Numbulelo Hlitani. This production was also presented at the Grahamstown Festival in that year.
