The Afrikaans version of the play was short-listed by the ATKV (Afrikaanse Taal en Kultuur Vereniging) in 1996 as one of the best written plays in South Africa and it also formed part of the first Windhoek Art Mix Festival.
Staged at the KKNK 1996, in Britain and Belgium and at the Nico on the Side in the Nico Malan Theatre in April 1998.
