The Princess and the Frog is a children’s play by Sandy Bigara ().

The original text

Adapted from the Brothers Grimm tale Der Froschkönig (1812), in what the author describes as a "Faerie-filled version ... in Jack Black and Will Ferrell`s comedy style".

Performance history in South Africa

2014/5: Directed by Sandy Bigara at the Catalina Theatre, Durban December 2014-January 2015. Featuring Kim Kandan, Chanel Meager, Musa Ntuli, Savanna Bigara, Kelsey Bigara , Sinazo Ngcengula and Demmi Meek.

2017: Performed by Miriam Erasmus at Rhumbelow Theatre, Durban, from 9 December
