The Prince of West End Avenue is a one-man play, based on the novel by Alan Isler.

The Prince of West End Avenue was originally written as a novel by Alan Isler and published in 1994 by Bridge Works Publishers. Set in the Emma Lazarus retirement home in uptown Manhattan, where the Jewish inmates embark on a chaotic, bitchy production of Shakespeare's Hamlet.
