First performed at the Royal Princess's theatre, London, on September 18th, 1852. Published in London by T.H. Lacy in 1852(?) and by Samuel French in 1854(?).

1862: Performed by the Mrs Clara Tellett's company in the Theatre Royal, Cape Town, on 30 June, with A Desperate Game (Morton) and a "Medley Dance" by Mrs Brazier.
1862: Performed by Mrs Clara Tellett's company in the Theatre Royal, Cape Town, on 14 July, with The Warlock of the Glen (Walker) and a "clog dance" by Mr Stokes.
