The Passport is a comedy by Benjamin Charles Stephenson (1839-1906)[1] and William Yardley (1849-1900)[].

The original text

Written in 1894, it was first performed at The Globe on 15 October, 1894 and at Terry's Theatre, London, on 25 April, 1895. Performed in New York at the Bijou Theatre (May 13, 1895 - May 1895). Published by Samuel French, 1906
