Performance history in South Africa
First produced in South Africa by Rex Garner at the Academy Theatre in 1969, starring Lesley Philips.
In 1985 it was directed by Don Maguire (presented by Comma), performed in the Concert Hall, Baxter Theatre, featuring Brenda Wood, Richard Farmer, Joey Wishnia, Corinne Willoughby, Paul Buckby.
