The Knobkerrie was a weekly comic periodical published by the artist and cartoonist W.H. Schröder (1851 - 1892), St George's Street, Cape Town, South Africa between 1884 and 1886.

The playwright Melt Brink's first pieces in Cape Dutch first appeared published in the periodical under the pseudonym of Koos Rijmzak.
