The Entertainer is a three-act play by English playwright, screenwriter, actor and critic of the Establishment John Osborne (1929-1994) [1] about a broken-down music hall performer. The first performance was given on 10 April 1957 at the Royal Court Theatre, London starring Laurence Olivier.
