There are two stage works also known by this name:

La fille du régiment[1] ("The Daughter of the Regiment") by Gaetano Donizetti (1797-1848)[2], a two act opéra comique[3].


The Daughter of the Regiment by Edward Fitzball Published by J. Dicks in the series Dicks' standard plays (no. 761) in 1883(?)


Josephine, the Child of the Regiment, or The Fortune of War is a musical comedy by John Baldwin Buckstone (1802-1879)[4], partly based on the Donizetti opera. It is on occasion performed under the title The Daughter of the Regiment.
