The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) is a play by Adam Long, Daniel Singer en Jess Winfield, based on the works of William Shakespeare.

Also known as The Compleat Wrks of Wllm Shkspr (Abridged).

Subject

A parody of the plays of William Shakespeare with all of them being performed (in comically shortened or amalgamated form) by only three actors. First performed, by the three authors (founding members of the Reduced Shakespeare Company), at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 1987. [1]

Performance history in South Africa

1998: Staged at the AGFA Theatre on the Square in August/September 1998, directed by Clair Breton, with Anthony Bishop, Antony Coleman and Byron Mondale.
