Thabang Sidloyi (1987?-2014) was a South African actor and musician

Born Thabang Ashley Sidloyi in Gugulethu, but performed as Thabang Sidloyi.

He started off as a stage actor, inter alia appearing in Vukani – Wake up! by Sindiwe Magona (directed by Fatima Dike as a showcase or "try-out" for Artscape's fifth Spring Drama Season, in 2009) and an adaptation of Shakespeare's The Taming of the Shrew, set in a contemporary South African setting (appearing as "Goba Msenge").

His film and TV work included starring roles in the SABC1 mini-series Goba Msenge (as "Luxolo", 2012) and in the Irish/South African feature film The Good Man (as "Sifiso", a township teenager hoping for a better life, 2013). Other roles were in Forced Love (2012) and House Party: Tonight's the Night (2013).

He sadly died in a motoring accident on November 28, 2014 near Langa, Cape Town, South Africa.
