by Sue Pam-Grant and D.J. Grant. The writing of the play was inspired by the authors' recognition of the activities in a dance class as a microcosm of life at large. Performed at the National Arts Festival, 1994, directed by Lara Foot, assisted by Gerard Bester. The cast included Mark Hoeben, Susan Pam-Grant, Basil Appollis, Molly Seftel and Joss Levine. Set designed by Alex Desole, lighting by Richard Barnes and costumes by Sue Steele. Original music was composed by Philip Miller and sound design by Dean Pitman. Production managers Richard Barnes and Dean Pitman, stage manager Bongani Motsepe, sound operator Wayne Ervine.
