Translated by the author into Afrikaans entitled Hartsoet.

Performance history in South Africa

First performed at the Grahamstown Festival in July 1994, directed by Deon Opperman with Wilna Snyman.

The same production staged in September 1994 at the Theatre on the Square, Rosebank.

The same production returned to the Grahamstown Festival in 1995 and the KKNK Rimpelfees 1996.

Hartsoet was performed at Aardklop 2003, starring Rina Nienaber.
