Strangers on a Train is a play by Craig Warner, (born in Los Angeles, California on April 25, 1964), a playwright and screenwriter who lives and works in Suffolk, England. Based on the book by Patricia Highsmith (1921-1995) [1].

Performance history in South Africa

1999: The play had its world premiere at the revamped Theatre on the Bay in March 1999 in Cape Town, starring Brian Heydenrych, Paul du Toit, Pippa Ross Duffy, Jana van Niekerk as Anne Haines, Heinrich Reisenhofer, Jeff Shapiro, Donal Slemon. Set and lighting André Gibson, directed by Geoffrey Hyland.
