St John's Theatre is a venue in Old Fort Road, Durban.

A 400-seater theatre with variable staging, home of St John Ambulance Players, who presented 3 to 4 productions annually from 1956. Notable directors who worked there include Norman Coombes, Desmond Morley and David Matheson.

Since 1994 the theatre is hired by local amateur groups and churches.
